A beautiful luxury lodge near Pongola is looking for an experienced and confident Bartender to join their hospitality team.

We are seeking someone with a passion for guest service, excellent drink knowledge, and the ability to manage a busy bar independently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Requirements

Previous 5-star lodge or hotel experience essential

Strong cocktail, wine & beverage knowledge

Ability to handle a busy bar on your own

Excellent guest interaction and communication skills

Well-presented, energetic & professional

Ability to work well under pressure
