Beauty Trainer / Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training material to international standards
  

• Train salons, distributors, managers, and trainers across multiple markets
  

• Identify industry training needs and design new courses accordingly
  

• Plan, execute, and manage education calendars, workshops, roadshows, and events
  

• Support product launches, promotions, and strategic education initiatives
  

• Drive education as a core business growth pillar
  

• Build strong relationships with industry partners, stockists, and schools
  

• Oversee training administration and ensure accurate, timely reporting
  

• Lead, guide, and upskill regional training teams

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification in beauty therapy or related field
  

• Proven experience in education, training, or facilitation within the beauty industry
  

• Strong presentation, communication, and people leadership skills
  

• Deep product, skincare, and anatomy knowledge
  

• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
  

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
