Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Uploading instructions from lenders onto the internal system.
  • Contacting customers to schedule property survey appointments.
  • Managing the surveyor's diary and coordinating appointments efficiently within their area to minimize travel.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers requesting valuations.
  • Converting leads into sales for valuations (as B2C business increases).
  • General administrative tasks and email management (Microsoft Outlook).
  • Accessing lender portals and using Microsoft Excel for case management.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone manner and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Logical thinking and ability to coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Sales skills and ability to convert leads.
  • General administrative skills (email, basic computer systems).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Additional Information:

  • Remote working position.
  • Must be available to work UK hours.
  • No specific surveying or property industry knowledge required.
