· Co -ordinate and organise office operations in
compliance with Company policies and procedures.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support
across all departments, including document control, filing (electronic and
manual), processing of sales documentation, and general office coordination.

· Manage the full lifecycle of workshop jobs by
accurately opening, updating, closing, and invoicing job cards, ensuring all
labour, parts, and costs are correctly captured and aligned with company
procedures.
· Provide exceptional customer service to both
internal and external clients, serving as the primary point of contact
· Support and enforce Health & Safety
compliance within the branch by maintaining records, assisting with audits, and
ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

· Minimum
2 – 3 relevant experience
· Experience
gained in a workshop environment will be an advantage
· Proficiency
in MS Office
