Building Maintenance Technician

• Perform general building maintenance, including minor repairs, geyser thermostat replacements, and light fixture installations.
  
• Handle a wide range of handyman tasks with precision and efficiency.

• Execute instructions from Directors and departmental managers.
  
• Oversee on -site security and cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
  
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment within all managed properties.
  
• Communicate effectively with tenants and address their maintenance concerns.
