Job Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time Bus Driver to operate our buses and transport passengers to their destinations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, and a strong work ethic. The Bus Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers, following all traffic laws and company policies, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained bus. Key Responsibilities: - Operate buses in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and company policies - Transport passengers to their destinations in a timely and courteous manner - Collect fares and issue tickets to passengers - Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition - Report any mechanical or safety issues to the appropriate personnel - Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including helping those with disabilities or special needs - Keep the bus clean and well-maintained, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks - Communicate with passengers and provide excellent customer service at all times - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and route schedules - Attend training sessions and meetings as required Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bus driver - Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and follow directions - Good physical condition and ability to sit for long periods of time - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor repairs - High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position with Msuez UK. The Bus Driver will work a set schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The job involves sitting for extended periods of time and may require some physical exertion, such as assisting passengers with luggage or mobility devices. The Bus Driver will be required to work in various weather conditions and may encounter heavy traffic and road hazards.
