Business Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Business Advisor to provide strategic insights and guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, process improvement, and digital transformation. This role involves advising businesses on operational efficiencies, growth strategies, and leveraging technology for success.

Key Responsibilities  

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and recommend improvement strategies.
  




• Provide advisory services on digital transformation, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
  




• Collaborate with clients to develop customized business solutions and strategies.
  




• Support organizations in aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
  




• Deliver strategic guidance on best practices for workflow automation and integration.
  




• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
  




• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative business recommendations.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience  

• Proven experience as a Business Advisor, Consultant, or similar role.
  




• Strong understanding of business process optimization and strategy development.
  




• Experience in digital transformation and IT advisory roles.
  




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  




• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
  

Preferred Skills  

• Experience with Zoho or ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
  




• Knowledge of financial and operational business metrics.
  




• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  




• Project management experience.
