The Role: Business Analyst
The Business Analyst plays a key role in defining, documenting, and validating business and system requirements across IT projects. This role ensures that business needs are accurately translated into clear functional specifications, supporting solution design, development, and testing processes. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• 4–8+ years of business analysis experience within IT projects

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions

• Support solution design discussions with technical teams

• Assist in test planning, user acceptance testing, and validation processes

• Maintain requirement traceability and change management documentation

About You

• 4–8 years of proven business analysis experience within IT or software development environments

• Strong experience in requirement documentation, process mapping, and functional specifications

• Solid understanding of SDLC and structured project methodologies

• Degree or Diploma in Business Analysis, IT, or a related field

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach

• CBAP or similar business analysis certification advantageous
