Business Analyst Card Operations (Credit Card Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end -to -end business analysis across credit card issuing and acquisition processes.
  

• Analyse data from CMS, FAS, and TSYS platforms to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams including IT, Operations, Risk, and Product to design and implement effective business solutions.
  

• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable insights.
  

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, proactive engagement, and issue resolution.
  

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal governance frameworks.
  

• Leverage in -depth knowledge of credit, debit, ATM, and prepaid card products to drive innovation and continuous improvement across multiple regions.
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Credit Card domain, including Issuing and Acquiring processes.
  

• Proven experience working with CMS, FAS, and TSYS systems.
  

• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
  

• Relevant industry certifications (Business Analysis, Payments, or Card -related certifications) will be advantageous.
