Business Analyst (Enterprise / Agile Environment)

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities
  
• Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and ideation sessions (including AI -driven solutions where applicable)
  
• Develop process maps (as -is/to -be), user journeys, and business workflows
  
• Perform GAP analysis and process optimisation
  
• Support delivery of medium to large -scale Agile projects
  
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and product teams
  
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
  

Requirements

• 6–7 years Business Analysis experience
  
• Strong experience working on application -based / system implementation projects
  
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation initiatives (essential requirement)
  
• Experience in large enterprise environments
  
• Experience supporting both project delivery and BAU enhancements
  
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment
  

• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  
• Process mapping, process re -engineering, and GAP analysis
  
• Experience with design thinking and user journey mapping
  
• Strong understanding of data -driven decision -making and analytics concepts
  
• Ability to define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, ARIS, or similar
  
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/analysis tools
  
• Exposure to enterprise applications, digital platforms, and APIs/apps
  

• Relevant degree or diploma
  
• Business Analysis certification (BABOK / CBAP -aligned preferred)
  
• Agile certification (essential or strongly preferred depending on candidate strength)
  

• A well -seasoned Business Analyst (6–7 years) with strong delivery capability
  
• Hands -on experience with application and system -driven environments
  
• Exposure to AI / intelligent automation / digital transformation initiatives (key requirement)
  
• Strong communicator able to bridge business, technical, and data teams
  
• Comfortable working in fast -paced Agile enterprise environments
