Are you someone who can:
• Lead conceptualisation, design and planning of complex initiatives.
• Conduct advanced elicitation and document detailed business, functional, non-functional and transition requirements.
• Perform advanced business, system and data analysis across multiple disciplines.
• Contribute to business cases, solution viability assessments and strategic recommendations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior and intermediate analysts.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:
• Hold a relevant degree (BSc IS, BCom IS, IT, BA, Engineering, etc.).
• Have 3–5 years’ experience in analysis, including experience at an intermediate level.
• Demonstrate strong command of BABOK knowledge areas.
• Understand banking systems, financial data, integrations and data flows.
• Are proficient in Visio/FirstMap, Excel, reporting and multi-system analysis.
• Have experience documenting complex multi-disciplinary solutions.
