Recently backed by a group with multiple software companies under its wing, we're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a driven and creative Business Development Executive to help take us to the next level.
About the Role
As our Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition, primarily across the UK market. You’ll work closely with leadership to expand our client base, evangelize our platform, and help businesses rethink how they attract talent.
You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of recruitment—working at the intersection of tech, hiring, and personal branding.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, reach out to, and onboard new B2B clients (including startups, agencies, and SMEs).
Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects.
Communicate our platform’s value proposition clearly and creatively.
Represent the brand in a friendly, approachable, and professional tone.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align growth efforts.
Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, email, video outreach, CRM systems) for strategic prospecting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Self-starter with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in a remote capacity).
Confident communicator with excellent English—both spoken and written.
Comfortable working in a startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
Passionate about digital tools, innovation, and the future of work.
Able to build trust and rapport quickly over video calls and messages.
Aligned with a brand that’s modern, light-hearted, and people-focused.
Bonus Points For
Experience working with UK-based clients.
Familiarity with the recruitment, SaaS, or tech space.
Understanding of social media for B2B marketing and brand positioning.
