Business Development Manager Campus Media
Join a dynamic out-of-home media company connecting top brands with the student market.
Gauteng | R30,000 to R70,000 per month (based on experience, skill, and current package)

The Role: Business Development Manager, Campus Media
This role is focused on driving new business, managing key media agency relationships, and expanding the company's footprint across OOH, TTL, and ATL channels. Youll identify growth opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close strategic deals that strengthen brand visibility across student and youth markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within the youth and student marketing space

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, clients, and brand teams

  • Pitch innovative media solutions across out-of-home, digital, and experiential platforms

  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations aligned to client objectives

  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and long-term deals

  • Track sales performance and market trends to identify growth areas

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

  • Represent the brand at client meetings, activations, and industry events

About You

  • 4–6 years experience in media sales, advertising, or brand partnerships

  • Proven track record in securing new business and managing agency relationships

  • Experience selling OOH, TTL, or digital media solutions

  • Confident, outgoing and commercially savvy

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven with a passion for youth marketing and innovative brand engagement
