Job Overview

This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, working USA hours. The salary for this position is R25,000 per month, excluding commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to secure new clients for healthcare packages.




• Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns, to generate leads.




• Establish and maintain strong relationships with private hospitals, care homes, and healthcare organisations.




• Present and pitch healthcare package solutions to decision-makers.




• Negotiate and finalise contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.




• Track and report on progress, including lead generation and contract acquisition.




• Stay informed about healthcare trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.




• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and contract negotiation.




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.




• Proficiency with CRM tools and managing client data.




• Willingness to work USA hours to accommodate client schedules.




• Reliable internet connection and own laptop.
