Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage in phone-based business development to generate new client leads.
• Ring existing companies to discuss their talent needs and secure recruitment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly business development targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
