We are not just a finance company; we are a technology-driven engine for business growth. As we scale toward our 200-seat milestone in Cape Town, we are looking for relentless, high-energy Business Development Representatives to join our elite sales force.

The Role: Are you a Sales Athlete?

This is a high-volume, high-reward position. You won't just be "making calls"; you will be engaging with US business owners, identifying opportunities, and pitching the quantifiable ROI of quick capital. This role requires grit, a consultative mindset, and the stamina to maintain peak performance throughout a fast-paced shift.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 200+ proactive outbound calls daily to US-based business prospects.
  • Strategic Qualification: Lead comprehensive discovery sessions to identify prime B2B opportunities and pain points.
  • Value-Based Pitching: Articulate the "ROI" of Fundwell’s solutions, moving beyond features to sell growth and opportunity.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline within our CRM to ensure zero lead decay.
  • Playbook Execution: Master and execute Fundwell’s proven sales methodology and technology suite.
  • Culture Catalyst: Bring high energy to the floor every day, contributing to a competitive and supportive team environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales Grit: 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B or Financial Services preferred). We want people with a track record of crushing targets.
  • Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English with a professional, neutral accent suitable for high-level conversations with US executives.
  • Resilience: A "thick skin" and the ability to view challenges as opportunities to sharpen your skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort using modern CRM tools and Apple hardware.
  • Adaptability: The discipline to thrive during US market hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST).
  • Role Type: Full-time, Permanent (On-site at our Cape Town CBD office).
  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST (No weekend work).
  • Base Salary: R120,000 – R180,000 per annum (R10,000 – R15,000 monthly, commensurate with experience).
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Top performers consistently earn R540,000+ per annum (R45,000+ monthly total package).
  • Commission: Aggressive, uncapped structure designed for high-performers.
  • Transport & Safety: Dedicated door-to-door transport provided for all staff after the midnight shift (within a 35km radius of the CBD).
