Job Description - Business Development Representative

Growth Resourcing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-paced team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Growth Resourcing’s services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to further engage with potential clients.
  • Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and industry shifts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Experience with B2B US/UK clients
