We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll engage directly with qualified leads, guiding them through our streamlined financing process and helping them secure the funding needed to drive their business forward.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Relentless Outreach: You’ll be the face (and voice) of Fundwell, conducting proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups with high-potential prospects.
Pipeline Mastery: You won't just "have" a pipeline—you'll manage and maintain it efficiently, ensuring no lead is left behind as you move them through our sales process.
Strategic Qualification: You’ll lead comprehensive qualification processes to identify and leverage prime B2B business opportunities.
Target Crushing: Collaborate closely with team members and sales leadership to not just meet, but consistently exceed sales targets.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous and insightful records within our CRM system to ensure optimal lead management and data integrity.
Playbook Execution: Utilize Fundwell's proven playbook and technology to streamline your workflow and maximize your results.

Sales DNA: You have 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment. You don't just "talk"—you consult, influence, and close.

The Night Owl Advantage: You are fully committed to our 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST on-site shift in Cape Town CBD to dominate the US business day.
