About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who is passionate about transforming data into insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping our BI capability and uplifting analytical maturity across the business.

Are you someone who can:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate business challenges into structured analytical problems with measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable data models and ensure data accuracy, governance, and integrity.
• Provide thought leadership on BI best practices and mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and data quality.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Additional certifications in BI/Analytics tools are advantageous.
• 5+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools), SQL, and data modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP advantageous).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
