Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to support a senior leadership team within our Investment Banking Client Coverage division. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with a demonstrated track record in strategic business management, project leadership, process optimisation, and executive support within a high performance banking environment.

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Business Manager role within Investment Banking, specifically in a Client Coverage environment.
•Strong understanding of corporate and investment banking operations, governance, and commercial drivers.
•Proven experience in project management with the ability to deliver complex initiatives.
•Demonstrated process engineering and business optimisation capability.
•Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
•High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
•Strong organisational skills with experience providing executive level PA support.

Job Description

• Analyse and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and governance.

• Provide strong stakeholder management across internal teams, senior executives, external partners, and global counterparts.

• Oversee operations and provide support, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Deliver high‑level Executive PA support including diary management, executive communication, and meeting coordination as required

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
