Your responsibilities will include: Supporting marketing and sales enablement teams on sales promotions, market research, and training initiatives Developing promotional programs and recommending expansion opportunities to support business objectives Building strong relationships with economic buyers and facilitating regional contract negotiations Supporting key customers in the launch and development of clinical education programs and forums Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales or commercial roles within the medical device or healthcare industry Minimum of 5 years' experience leading sales teams with direct and cross-functional reporting structures Demonstrated success in business planning, market development, and competitive strategy Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (verbal and written) Proven ability to work in a matrixed and fast-paced environment Willing and able to travel extensively across South Africa, approximately three days per week Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, or business-related discipline Knowledge of regional healthcare systems and procurement models Experience managing high-performance teams across a large geographic territory Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills Requisition ID: 618170 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
