To design, develop and enhance processes within the business to ensure resource and operational alignment with business strategies to
ensure business value through the optimal integration of policies, processes, people, and technology by proactively analysing, researching,
designing, and implementing efficient and effective business process solutions to achieve our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply project planning, process engineering and business analysis methodologies to optimize operational efficiency, customer experience and cost-effectiveness
• Investigate, analyse and develop business cases focused on efficiency gains, cost savings and improved quality
• Provide input into budgets and manage usage to reflect delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
• Build collaborative relationships across teams and functional lines to drive innovation and enhance work delivery
• Ensure compliance with governance, legislative and policy requirements and respond to audit findings
• Translate business strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Educate others, share insights and participate in specialist risk forums to strengthen governance and compliance.

You will be an ideal candidate if:

• Have a degree or diploma in Business Process Engineering, or a related field
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 1 to 2 years at junior specialist level
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
