- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Performing cost -benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Responsibilities Include:
- Reach out to
prospective clients through cold -calling, email, phone, face -to face etc. to
meet sales targets.
- Set up meetings
and perform cost -benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to
meet their needs.
- Prepare and
deliver appropriate presentations/demo’s on products/ services.
- Negotiate/close
deals and handle paperwork (e.g. quotes, invoices, orders).
- Follow up
regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and
maintain positive business, supplier and customer relationships.
- Respond promptly
to customer queries and complaints to find solutions, defuse tension and pass
on issues to help -desk when needed.
- Expedite the
resolution of customer problems and offer solutions to maximise customer
satisfaction.
- Collaborate with
team to achieve better results.
- Report on a regular basis to management your sales activity,
accounts status and possible issues.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends.
- Attend, engage, train and get certified on provided training
platforms.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
