Job Description - Business Solutions Specialist

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesthrough various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clientsand industries aligned with the company's product range.
  • Utilize market insights to target high-potentialleads and expand the client base.

Lead Conversionand Deal Closure:

  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with ZiyanaGroup's product offerings and target market.
  • Engage with leads through effective communicationand solution-oriented discussions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentationstailored to the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms tofacilitate the closing of deals in a timely manner.

Account Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, keystakeholders, and industry influencers to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providingpersonalized solutions and ongoing support to address their evolvingneeds.
  • Regularly engage with clients through meetings,calls, and networking events to maintain rapport and identifyopportunities for collaboration or upselling.
  • Proactively address any issues or concerns raisedby clients to ensure a positive customer experience and long-termsatisfaction.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales-related information, market trends and client feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Translate data into actionable insights andstrategies to enhance sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on salesactivities, pipeline status, and key metrics to management and relevantstakeholders.

Solution Customisation:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand theirspecific business challenges, goals, and requirements.
  • Tailor Ziyana Group's product offerings andsolutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations onproduct selection, implementation strategies, and optimizationopportunities.

Cross Selling and Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sellcomplementary products or upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Proactively introduce clients to new productfeatures, upgrades, or add-on solutions that enhance their overallexperience and value proposition.
  • Maximize revenue potential by leveraging existingclient relationships and expanding Ziyana Group's product penetrationwithin client organizations.

Market Research:

  • Assist in gathering market intelligence andcompetitor analysis to inform prospecting efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developmentsto identify new opportunities for business growth.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of ZiyanaGroup's product range, including PABX/VOIP systems (Telecommunications),Solar power solutions, CCTV, biometrics, printers, backup power inverters,and generators.
  • Stay updated on the features, specifications,capabilities, and applications of each product within the portfolio.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in articulating the valueproposition of Ziyana Group's products and their alignment with clientneeds and business objectives.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information toclients during product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Ziyana Group'sproducts, offering insights and recommendations based on clientrequirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Bachelors Degree in BusinessManagement, Sales, Marketing or any relevant business qualification.
  • 4- 6 years’ experience in sales, particularly in a role that involveslead generation, client prospecting and closing, is highly valuable.
  • Experience in sales within the service industry,specializing in offering training and development, recruitment, and humanresources (HR) services.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce,HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
