Job Description - Butler

Household Management:
Overseeing the efficient running of the household, including managing staff, coordinating housekeeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Guest Service:
Providing personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Event Management:
Organizing and coordinating events and receptions, meticulously overseeing every detail.
Personal Assistant:
Managing personal schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling errands for their employers.
Fine Dining and Beverage Service:
Possessing a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette and wine service, coordinating and executing dining experiences.
Household Inventory and Maintenance:
Maintaining household inventory, including linens, silverware, and other items.
Security and Safety:
Ensuring the security and safety of the residence and its occupants, often overseeing security systems.
Travel Coordination:
Arranging and coordinating travel itineraries, packing and unpacking luggage, and handling travel-related logistics.
Wardrobe Management:
Assisting with wardrobe management, including organizing and maintaining clothing.
Maintaining Discretion and Professionalism:
Maintaining strict confidentiality, discretion, and a professional demeanor at all times.
Skills Required:
Strong Organizational Skills:
Essential for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing duties, and meeting deadlines.
Attention to Detail:
Important for ensuring the smooth operation of the household and providing impeccable service.
Excellent Communication Skills:
For interacting with staff, guests, and employers, and for effectively conveying information.
