Buyer - Ladies Pringle of Scotland

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist
  in curating product assortments in line with brand direction and customer
  demand
  
• Support
  the development of seasonal product ranges in collaboration with designers and
  merchandisers
  
• Built and maintain supplier relationships
  
• Coordinate
  order placement and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  
• Monitor
  sales trends and support the team with data -driven recommendations
  
• Assist
  in managing the Open -to -Buy (OTB) and pricing strategies
  
• Provide
  administrative support including purchase order creation, supplier
  communication, and system updates
  
• Liaise
  with stores to assist with product queries and feedback
  
• Contribute
  to seasonal reviews and post -buy analysis
  
• Maintain
  and update product data on buying systems
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of
  experience in a buying or merchandise -related role, ideally within the fashion
  industry
  
• Relevant
  tertiary qualification in Fashion, Buying, Retail, or a related field
  (preferred)
  
• Strong
  understanding of the fashion retail environment
  
• Proficient
  in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with buying systems advantageous
  
• Strong
  administrative, planning, and organisational skills
  
• Good
  commercial awareness and a keen eye for fashion trends
  
• Excellent
  communication and teamwork skills
  
• Willingness
  to learn, grow, and work in a fast -paced environment
