Position Overview: As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for exceptional customer service.
