We are rapidly scaling our Cape Town hub toward a 200-seat powerhouse, and we need the city's top sales talent to join our Top 100 A-Team.

Location: Premium Office, Cape Town CBD (State-of-the-Art Apple Tech)
Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST (On-site, aligning with US Business Hours)
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Agent, you are the face of our outbound acquisition strategy:
High-Volume Engagement: Strategically engaging US business leads via 100–200 cold calls per day to build rapport and generate interest.
Executive Qualification: Identifying and qualifying prime business financing opportunities within the US market through consultative conversation.
Professional Negotiation: Masterfully handling objections and positioning Fundwell’s capital solutions as the ideal choice for US business owners.
CRM Excellence: Maintaining meticulous records within our system to ensure seamless pipeline management.
Who We’re Looking For: The A-Team Profile
We are seeking "Sales Athletes" who meet the following elite standards:
Proven Sales Success: At least one year of demonstrable success in high-volume outbound sales, cold calling, or a target-driven call centre environment.
Impeccable Communication: You must possess a flawless, neutral English accent. Clear and professional communication is non-negotiable for engaging US-based CEOs.
Resilience & Energy: You thrive on the phone, maintaining high energy levels from the first dial to the last.
Results-Oriented: A competitive spirit with a relentless drive to exceed daily and monthly pipeline targets.
Logistical Readiness: You currently reside in Cape Town and are fully committed to working the 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift on-site.
