Resource Function: Candidate Sourcing
Core Purpose
Build high -quality candidate pipelines at speed by identifying, qualifying, organising, and preparing talent for the Talent Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Search across all available platforms (mainly Indeed and LinkedIn) and sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates
Build targeted candidate longlists aligned to live vacancies and strategic hiring campaigns
Review resumes against job descriptions and predefined hiring criteria
Conduct initial phone -based pre -screening conversations with candidates

Eligibility
Cultural alignment indicators
Compensation and location alignment
Qualify candidates against pre -written scorecards or screening criteria
Schedule qualified candidates with Talent Partners
Maintain accurate and up -to -date CRM/ATS records
Add and organise candidates within the database correctly
Build and maintain structured talent pools for future hiring needs
Tag, categorise, and segment candidate pipelines for future searches and strategic workforce projects
Support pipeline reporting and candidate tracking throughout the recruitment process
Achieve agreed outbound sourcing and activity metrics as defined by management

The Real Objective
This role is not “admin support.”
It is a pipeline acceleration and talent intelligence function.
If done properly:
Recruiters spend more time closing
Delivery managers spend less time sourcing
Clients receive candidates faster

Future searches become easier and cheaper
Following on from the responsibilities outlined above, we are specifically looking for candidates with a proven track record in high -volume outbound sales environments.
The ideal person will have demonstrated longevity and performance within previous businesses and, most importantly, be a genuine salesperson at their core.
