here at Yuppiechef and card writing is a tradition that has been in place since the very
first parcel was shipped to our first real customer. We consider our cards to be an
important part of our service offering and are looking for a team member to help us
ensure well written, genuine and personal cards are created.

What this role looks like:
● Office-based role (Mondays - Fridays)
● Occasional shifts on public holidays and Saturdays during periods of high order
volumes
● Fulfilling customer card requests and business needs
● Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible
● Working in a collaborative manner across the Customer Support team

What experience and skills you need for the role:
Ideally, you should have:
● Matriculation / Grade 12
● Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of IT
● Basic administrative skills
● Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
● Attention to detail to recognise if there are any oddities that creep into our cards
or address checks
● Well organised & neat worker
● Above all, a great desire to make our customers happy!
