• Full leadership of the finance function and control environment
  
• Manufacturing costing, margin strategy, and operational profitability
  
• Cash flow optimisation and working capital discipline
  
• Budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial modelling

• Governance, compliance, and risk management

Requirements

• CA(SA) with strong manufacturing finance experience
  
• 5 years’ financial management experience in a manufacturing environment ideal
  
• Minimum 3 years’ people management experience.
  
• Proven track record in operational and costing environments
  
• Confident leader able to engage at all levels
  
• Systems -minded, commercially driven, and hands -on
