CASINO AND CRUISE SHIP STAFF

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, maki, and sashimi, according to established recipes and standards On Board Cruise Ship
Ensure all sushi dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality and visual standards
Train and supervise junior sushi chefs in proper techniques and procedures
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
Assist with menu planning and cost control measures
Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards
