Casino Product Manager

The Role

As Casino Product Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the online casino environment, ensuring seamless game delivery, high-impact promotional execution, and continuous optimisation of the product offering. Working closely with marketing, payments, compliance, customer support, and supplier partners, you will play a key role in enhancing the player journey while ensuring full regulatory alignment.

Your Key Job Responsibilities as Casino Product Manager will include:

Casino Product Ownership & Performance

• Manage daily operations of the online casino platform, ensuring seamless delivery of games, features, and promotions
• Own the casino game portfolio, including supplier selection, new game launches, and ongoing performance optimisation
• Identify opportunities to enhance the product offering through new features, mechanics, and player engagement initiatives

Commercial Growth & Promotions

• Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and player value
• Analyse player behaviour, revenue metrics, and market trends to optimise commercial performance
• Manage casino budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support profitability targets

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with game providers, payment partners, and operational suppliers
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Compliance, Payments, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operational alignment
• Prepare and present regular performance, operational, and strategic reports to senior leadership

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure the casino platform operates in line with South African gaming regulations, licensing conditions, and responsible gambling standards
• Work closely with Compliance teams to embed regulatory adherence into operational processes

Requirements for this Casino Product Manager role:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in casino operations, product management, or senior iGaming roles
• Proven track record managing casino game portfolios, promotional strategies, and operational performance
• Experience operating within a regulated gaming environment, preferably in South Africa
• Strong financial understanding including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation
