Our client is currently delivering a SAP Greenfield implementation and is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to lead the people, process, and organisational change aspects of the programme.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring business readiness, user adoption, and successful transition to the new SAP landscape by defining and executing an end -to -end Change Management strategy aligned to the programme roadmap.
Define and own the Change Management strategy for the SAP Greenfield implementation
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness assessments
Design and execute change interventions to support adoption across business units
Manage organisational change risks and mitigation plans
Identify and manage key stakeholders across business and IT
Develop and execute a communication plan aligned to project milestones
Facilitate executive and business leadership engagement
Act as the primary change liaison between the programme team and the business
Work closely with SAP Functional Leads and business SMEs to define training needs
Oversee the development of role -based training materials
Coordinate end -user training, super -user enablement, and knowledge transfer
Support cutover, go -live, and post -go -live adoption activities
Establish change governance, metrics, and reporting structures
Track change adoption, training effectiveness, and user readiness
Provide regular updates to Programme Leadership and Steering Committees
Proven experience as a Change Manager on SAP implementations, ideally Greenfield
Strong understanding of SAP transformation lifecycles (Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy)
Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in large, complex, multi -stakeholder environments
Experience in Africa -based or emerging market projects
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations
Familiarity with Prosci / ADKAR or similar change frameworks
Experience working in culturally diverse environments
Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, Psychology, Information Systems, or related field
Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, etc.) — advantageous
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Structured, outcome -driven approach
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands -on levels
High -impact SAP Greenfield transformation
