MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure that all change initiative projects are implemented successfully with optimal stakeholder adoption and the realisation of pre- determined business benefits

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential:

Bachelors degree in behavioural sciences, or business related discipline

Desired:

None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential:

3-5 years relevant experience

Desired:

5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry; preferably within Mediclinic

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.
Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis
Mediclinic culture, climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level
Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels
Business Acumen
Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / Powerpoint/Outlook)
