• Assist in production of aroma chemicals
• Preparation of materials for use
• Blending and mixing of chemicals and products per specification
• Operating laboratory/processing equipment
• Cleaning process equipment and production area
• Log process data on sheets and input digitally
• Work according to FSSC and GMP
• Problem solving
• Assist with analytical work related to production and new products.
• Gas chromatography
• Wet chemistry – SG, RI, titrations
• Instrument calibration and maintenance
• Analytical standards use and preparation
• Data processing

• Relevant Qualification required
• Understand chemical and physical aspects of chemical compounds.
• Follow procedure(s) as described and demonstrated.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and team-centric.
• Handle chemicals according to procedures.
• Capable of practical/physical work.
• Competence with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Understand the importance of traceability.
• Work systematically & safely.
• Attention to detail.
• Non-smoker
• Willing and able to work with pungent aroma molecules.
