Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical initiatives.

• Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, and financial control functions.

• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, FSCA, SARB regulations, and tax legislation.

• Lead investor relations and capital raising initiatives.

• Champion the financial digitization journey, working closely with technology teams.

• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant CA(SA), in good standing with SAICA Required

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience

• Sector experience in Banking, FinTech, or Information Technology (preferred)

• Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and fundraising
