Claims Relationship Manager (JG 8) - JhbFull job descriptionOPPORTUNITYA position has become available for Claims Relationship Manager x2 and will be based in the Motor Claims Greater Johannesburg Region.WHAT WILL YOU DOMonitor and control the following MBR's KPIs:Smart Repairs: Smart repair technologyRepair vs replaceNormalise Cost Ratio (NCR)Average Repair Cost (ARC)ARC plus Ancillary Cost (ACPC)Alternative Parts Utilisation: CAP, Used and RefurbishedPaint, Labour and Parts RatioDifference in Quotation vs 1st AuthorisationDifference in 1st Authorisation vs FRCDifference in Quotation vs FRCAdditional cost after FRCMonitor MBR and Santam system compliance and maintenance:AbuntexQapter ConnectAudaAuditRPMParts Procurement SystemsAudaTargetSantam Systems: BPM/ClaimCenterInitiate, lead and manage Supplier Performance Measurement meetings as per scheduleMonitor and identify trends, agree action plan and monitor compliance (improvement and progression)Training, upskilling and coaching of Motor Body Repairers (all staff)Manage supplier capacityCreate Weekly and Monthly Reports for feedbackProject and change managementManaging catastrophic eventsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEGrade 12 and one of the following: VDQ Professional qualification or, Automotive body refinisher or, Automotive MechanicExpert Abuntex user with in depth knowledge of Abuntex products such as Qapter connect, Auda Target (NCR), AudaInvoice, Parts Procurement systems.Good business acumen and understanding of business principles (profit, loss, margin, efficiency etc.)High level of knowledge in the relevant repair processes and repair methods. At least 5 years’ experience in assessing on a senior levelManagement experience (advantageous)Supply Chain Management experience (advantageous)Stakeholder and Vendor Management experience (advantageous)SKILLSCommunication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, MBR’s andAssessorsEffective crises management during workload changesWorking with peoplePlanning and organisingCoping with pressure and setbacksHigh level of negotiation skillsPerformance managementWHO ARE WESantam is the market leader in the general insurance industry in Southern Africa.
