CLEANERS / HOUSEKEEPERS - HOTEL

Key Responsibilities:

– Clean and maintain all areas of the Academy, including kitchens, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces

– Uphold strict hygiene standards, particularly within food preparation and training environments

– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise floors and surfaces regularly

– Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required

– Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g. cleaning, peeling, and portioning ingredients)

– Support the setup and breakdown of classrooms, kitchens, and events

– Manage waste disposal and ensure recycling practices are followed

– Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and operational consumables
