We are looking for a dynamic and detail -oriented Client Service / Project Manager to join our growing team in Bryanston.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a branding, creative, or design agency environment who understands the design process from concept through to final delivery. The successful candidate will be passionate about branding and design, confident managing clients and creative teams, and highly organised when overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

You will play a key role in managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of branding, CI (Corporate Identity), and VI (Visual Identity) projects across a variety of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships across branding and design projects
  
• Lead and coordinate CI/VI development, rebrands, and new brand launches
  
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams
  
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  
• Oversee the full lifecycle of design projects from brief through to rollout
  
• Facilitate creative reviews, feedback sessions, and approvals
  
• Ensure quality control and alignment with brand strategy and design standards
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced agency environment
  
• Coordinate internal resources, external suppliers, and stakeholders where required
  
• Maintain strong communication throughout all project phases
