Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Ability to comprehend technical information
• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work any of the fixed shift periods in line with business requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
• Meet quality standards in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction
• High motivation with ability to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Contribute to success of team to achieve targets and Service Level Agreements
