Job Description - Client Success Manager

Our client is part of a global leader in international trade and tax — operating across 200+ destinations and trusted by some of the world's most recognisable technology brands.

They're looking for a commercially driven professional who wants to own something real.

The Role

This is not a passive account management role.

As Client Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of mid -market and enterprise technology clients and be directly responsible for growing revenue within that book of business. You'll identify upsell opportunities, re -engage dormant accounts, make strategic pricing decisions, and work directly with the Branch Manager and senior leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Revenue Growth & Upselling

  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within your client portfolio
  • Introduce clients to new products and re -engage accounts that have gone dormant

Strategic Client Relationships

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision -makers
  • Make strategic decisions with and for your clients to help them win their own deals

Commercial Pricing & Deal -Making

  • Own pricing decisions on client rollouts and large projects
  • Structure deals to maximise revenue while keeping clients competitive

Issue Resolution & Oversight

  • Act as the senior point of escalation for your clients
  • Work alongside Account Managers and Compliance teams to resolve issues swiftly


Requirements

  • CA(SA), BCom, LLB, or equivalent professional degree (preferred)
  • Strong academic record (matric certificate and university transcripts required)
  • 2–3 years' experience in a commercial, client -facing, or professional environment
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or client success
  • Commercial flair — you enjoy the process of closing and growing deals
  • Sharp problem -solver who thinks on their feet
  • Strong communicator with exceptional client presence
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a bias for action
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
