Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Collections and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Johannesburg office.
