About the Role
A boutique consulting and advisory firm is looking for a smart, business-savvy Commercial Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong BCom or commercial background who is eager to grow into a more strategic advisory role and build hands-on experience across compliance, structuring, operations, and client-facing consulting.

You don’t need to be a legal expert — the company will train and coach you on regulatory and compliance frameworks. What matters most is that you’re sharp, commercially minded, and ready to learn fast.

This is not a corporate cubicle role — it’s for someone entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, and keen to work across multiple industries and countries.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, operations, or consulting support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Clear communicator — both written and verbal
• High learning agility with an interest in regulatory, legal, or financial concepts
• Confident, professional, and proactive in client-facing scenarios

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to basic company secretarial or compliance tasks
• Experience in professional services, consulting, legal, or financial sectors
• Interest in working with clients across different countries and industries
