Commercial Litigation Lawyer (5+ PQE)

We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to take on a 3–6 month contract, starting immediately. You’ll step into complex, high-value disputes where your expertise and ability to deliver under pressure will make a real impact.

We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years’ PQE who can quickly take ownership of matters and deliver results. Success in this role calls for critical thinking, strong problem-solving, and the ability to provide commercially grounded advice. Negotiation and client management skills are key, as is the confidence to navigate challenging discussions and maintain professional integrity under pressure.

This contract offers exposure to high-value, fast-moving litigation matters in a business setting. You’ll be trusted to work independently but with access to supportive colleagues and resources. Role Responsibilities:

• Advise on and manage a range of commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and advisory notes
• Represent the business in disputes, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, commercially practical guidance
• Manage case files and coordinate with external counsel where required
• Support the internal legal team with risk assessments, reporting, and strategic advice

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
• Proven ability to handle complex disputes independently, from drafting through to resolution
• Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Immediate availability for a 3–6 month contract
• Prior exposure to arbitration, cross-border disputes, or high-value commercial matters would be an advantage
