Commission Administrator (FTC - 6 months)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commission Administrator to join our Financial Operations team. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate commission calculations, insightful reporting, and financial analysis that supports operational performance and informed business decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the Group’s operating entities as well as external partners. The role focuses on producing accurate, real-time reporting and analysis that reflects sales performance and supports commission and remuneration processes.

What You’ll Own

• Calculate and process agent commission accurately and within required deadlines.
• Prepare and distribute sales floor performance reports and related operational metrics.
• Calculate and verify monthly incentives and awards.
• Monitor sales mixes and provide recommendations based on trends and performance insights.
• Perform weightings and RPS calculations to support commission structures.
• Review and analyse remuneration and commission structures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Maintain campaign-specific financial data, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide analysis and insights that support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.

• Relevant Degree or diploma
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance or Managerial Accounting
• Experience in Sales administration/calculation of commission
• Experience in telecommunications or financial services will be advantageous
• Clear ITC and criminal record
