Pay Range : Above market base with upside tied to VIP book performance $1000 to $2000/ month

Role Overview:

Every VIP player is assigned to a dedicated group with access to a 24-hour direct concierge line to resolve any issue or request seamlessly. 

We deliver an uncompromising service standard: round-the-clock, bespoke support provided exclusively by skilled human concierges. Every VIP inquiry is met within 60 seconds, 24/7/365. We value authentic human competence and problem-solving excellence above all, executed with maximum speed and precision. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage direct communication with a selective portfolio of high-value players, maintaining exceptional service quality across a low-volume, high-priority message stream.


• Share round-the-clock shift coverage with a teammate, maintaining active notifications to guarantee sub-60-second response times consistently throughout your shift, including nights and weekends.


• Deliver bespoke, white-glove onboarding and end-to-end issue resolution using authentic, human-to-human communication without relying on canned scripts or AI text generators.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Language Requirement: Native or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).


• Experience: Proven background in high-end hospitality, luxury concierge services, or VIP guest relations; casino and gaming experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with strong conversational tact.


• Uncompromising commitment to response velocity and 24/7 availability during allocated shift windows, with a dedication to authentic human interaction rather than scripts or AI bots.
