About the Role

The Luxury Concierge / Lifestyle Manager plays a high-touch, fast-paced role combining lifestyle management, client relations, operations, research, problem-solving, and experience curation. In addition to handling complex requests for high-net-worth clients, this position manages day-to-day concierge operations, shift continuity, service quality, escalation management, and process improvements across a 24/7 global framework.

Responsibilities

• Client & Lifestyle Management: Build long-term relationships with UHNW clients by deeply understanding their preferences and expectations. Deliver personalized, proactive, and discreet services while managing urgent, high-priority requests and sensitive escalations with empathy and confidentiality.


• Luxury Concierge & Experience Curation: Design bespoke experiences across travel, dining, wellness, events, luxury retail, entertainment, and private access. Research global opportunities, develop creative solutions for difficult requests, and partner with high-end hotels, venues, and luxury service providers.


• Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless continuity across rotational shifts. Track, follow up on, and close requests, manage thorough handovers, and identify operational gaps to enhance SOPs and workflows.


• Technology, CRM & Research: Maintain detailed client profiles and service histories using CRM systems. Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to optimize research speed, accuracy, creativity, and service quality before presenting recommendations to clients.


• Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong networks with premium global and local vendors. Negotiate terms and coordinate execution to ensure reliable, exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle management, digital hospitality, customer experience, or operations. 


• Luxury Service Standards: Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and high-net-worth client expectations, combined with high integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. 


• Core Competencies: Strong research, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and communicate effectively across international cultures and time zones. 


• Systems & Operations: Proficiency with CRM systems, AI tools, digital research platforms, and workflow management software. 


• Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Cape Town on rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Experience

• Multilingual abilities. 


• Demonstrated track record of stability and long-term commitment in previous roles. Experience working with global international clients across multiple time zones.
