Construction Manager (Junior to Senior)

About the Client:

We design and builds SMART spaces, specializing in:

• Architecture & Interior Design
• End-to-End Construction & Fit-Out
• Building Compliance (Occupation Certificates)

We craft spaces that reflect a brands identity, culture, and workflowbalancing stunning design with practical compliance, landlord regulations, and Cape Towns building standards. By analyzing client interactions, movement, and business needs, they create optimized, beautiful environments tailored to each brand. 

Purpose: To oversee all on-site activities for commercial fit-outs, from mobilisation to snagging and council certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and timelines
• Ensure safety, method statements, and inspections are executed
• Maintain daily site logs and report to PMs and clients
• Oversee snag resolution and COC sign-off

Requirements:

• 5+ years site experience in commercial interior construction
• Strong understanding of building codes and site coordination
• Familiar with Buildertrend or equivalent site tools

Qualifications and Professional Bodies:

• National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management
• Member of SACPCMP or SAFCEC

Salary (Monthly, ZAR):

Junior: R20,000 - R25,000

Mid-Level: R30,000 - R40,000

Senior: R45,000 - R60,000
