Content Editor (Social & Short -Form Video)

We are looking for an experienced Content Editor to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will focus primarily on editing short -form content for social media, with some responsibility for longer -form content where required.

Edit and support longer -form content when required (e.g. campaign videos, brand stories, interviews)

Optimise content edits for platform -specific algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour

Shape content to maximise engagement through strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and creative direction

Work closely with the marketing, social, and creative teams to deliver high -quality content

Stay up to date with platform trends, content formats, and algorithm changes

Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and consistency

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how content should be edited for optimal performance on each platform

Ability to adapt editing style to suit different platforms and content goals

Excellent visual and editorial judgment, with a strong sense of pacing and flow

Confident working with industry -standard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
